An Update from Honduras

I received an email from Dick Breadner, our man in Honduras. He and his wife Eva, are returning to Canada from their 3 months in Yuscaran, Honduras. He took a few photos to show some progress made on the church - that we are helping to build.

The congregation in Yuscaran received a challenge from a Canadian church. If the Hondurans raised $150, then the church would give $1000 to help finish the first floor level of the building, so they could start worshipping in the basement. The Hondurans came through with $175!

So the next time St. Andrew returns to Honduras (august 09) we can start helping with the construction of the next level of the building - in the meantime, the Hondurans have a place to worship and a facility to use.
