Lent Sermon series on Evil

Assuming this upload works, the above audio file is part 1 or my Lenten series on Evil. You should be able to play the video, and listen to the sermon

Pastor Jim,
I was unable to attend church today, but was glad I was able to listen to the sermon. I had heard that I missed a good one. Thanks for making it available.

Pastor Jim,
What a great idea, to make your sermons available this way. I enjoyed your first installment on "Evil," and look forward to parts 2 and 3. I was about to make a comment about how relevant the topic of evil is to our times (one thinks of terrorism, for example), but then realized that people of every time would have probably felt the same way. Evil has always been with us,and probably always will be. From my perspective as a biologist, I think about what role our genetics and evolutionary past play in this. Perhaps you'll touch on that. It's too bad the subject of evil is extensive enough to require three sermons...I guess it's a necessary evil ;-)

Mike & Lisa Thanks.

I've also been thinking about evil from a scientfic point of view. Wondering about the difference between what we could all call evil, and what from a scientific point of view might simply be a way for a species to survive.

I look forward to what I'm going to say next too?????

Thanks for putting this on the blog....Being as I could not attended that day. I am very thankfull that you posted this for us to hear. I too lookforward to the other installments..if you do them...as sometimes in church hearing something once is not enough. I have often thought that you should do more of your sermons on the blog.
