This Week at St Andrew, 12 Pastors and Lay leaders from various New England Synod congregations are receiving training in Natural Church Development. This is a tool designed to help measure a congregations Health and vitality. I talked with one participant, who is a retired (looked awfully young to me) executive from Digital Computer. he was responsible for Customer Service worldwide, and headed up their survey department. He told me he thought this tool was one of the best designed surveys he had seen. St. Andrew used this in 2002. Maybe we are due for another round?
