It's a strange thing to be advocating but on Sunday October 25, we are encouraging people to not go to church, but rather be the church. It will be a day of service in the community. Imagine the 300 people who already come to church for worship, working and serving in the community. It will be a great statement to the community. We at St Andrew attempt to put our faith into practice.

Repairing needs of Older Adult homes that they cannot do
Singing at area nursing homes
Make packets for US Servicemen overseas
Making a WARM shelter meal

And lots lots more

Then we'll gather in the evening for a meal and stories about the day.

So make a note on your Calendar for Sunday Oct 25 Don't GO to Church, BE the Church.

If you'd like to help with planning this event, come on Thursday Sept 17 at 7 p.m. to church.
